- Place blueberries and 2 tbs water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 3 minutes or until jammy, squashing with a fork as the blueberries cook. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, add yoghurt and honey and stir to combine. Add blueberry mixture and gently fold to swirl through.
- Divide amongst 8 cardboard cups. Tap cups on bench to remove air bubbles and distribute mixture. Insert a small iceblock stick into each cup Freeze for 4 hours or until set. Serve.
