For this month’s recipe we bring you a refreshing, colourful, and easy way to enjoy some fruit (and even hidden veggies) with a multi-coloured sunshine smoothie. You don’t even need to chop anything—just throw it in the blender and you’re done!
Ingredients
- Banana
- Raspberries
- 2 ½ cups light milk
- ½ tsp honey
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower
- ½ cup frozen mango
Steps
- Blend 2 cups milk, mango, banana, and cauliflower in a blender for 2 minutes or until smooth and combined. Divide half this mixture between 4 serving glasses.
- Add 3/4 of the raspberries and the remaining ½ cup of milk to the blender and blend for 1 minute or until combined. Pour into serving glasses. Top with the rest of the raspberries to serve.
