Your Local Early Learning Centre shares the activity of the month… pencil holders!
Do you have some sturdy cardboard rolls and some paint? This simple craft is a great way to spend your afternoon!
Materials:
- Sturdy cardboard roll
- Plain cardboard or thick card
- Paint
- Paintbrushes
- PVA glue
- Sequins, glitter, beads, pom poms or any embellishments of your choice
Steps:
- Trace a circle onto the cardboard/card using the cardboard roll and cut it out
- Stick the circle onto one end of the cardboard roll
- Paint the cardboard roll with the colour of your choice
- Let it dry
- Then decorate it however you like!
