Book Library – Take a Book and Leave a Book
The Australian Early Development Census (AEDC) recent data showed children within this area are developmentally vulnerable in the areas of language and cognitive skills. As a result, we thought we would provide our families and community with a book library to assist in developing these skills.
Our new book library provides family members with opportunities to borrow a book and return it when they finished reading with their child. We strongly believe in the importance of reading to children and the benefits of introducing literacy in the early years. Our educators select books with children daily from the library and read with them in class.
Thank you to the families who have donated books to our library and we hope you continue to enjoy the love of reading with your child. Please email your photos of children selecting a book and you read with your child at home at email@example.com

Child Illness and Flu Season
We are coming into cold and flu season and are reminding parents that sick children need to be kept at home. Children coughing, have temperatures or are generally unwell should not be bought into the Centre to protect the well-being of other children and staff.
Under 8’s Day – Local Schools
Our local schools have invited parents from kindergarten to join them on under 8’s day. If your child is attending one of the local schools next year for Prep, this is a great opportunity for your child to become familiar with the school environment.
