Your local early learning centre shares this month’s DIY activity… Toilet paper roll plants!
Do you have some empty toilet paper rolls lying about the house? Instead of throwing them out, why not reuse them to make a little flower garden with your kids!
Materials:
- Empty toilet paper rolls
- Scissors
- Pencil
- Poster paint
- Paint brushes
Steps:
- On the rolls, sketch out your flower design and cut it out. Make sure to leave the bottom of the roll so your flowers stand up.
- paint your flowers in any colour you like.
- Let them dry.
- Arrange your flowers to make a garden or a flower shop!
