Hello to our wonderful Cannon Hill Early Learning Centre families!
From the Office
Hello everyone and welcome to our March newsletter.
Welcome to all of our new families who have joined us over the past month. We hope you are settling in well to our Cannon Hill Family!
This month we have welcomed two new staff members to our team- Miss Amanda and Miss Susan. Both ladies have come from an early childhood background and are keen to get to know you all.
In other staffing news, some of you may have noticed that Miss Lauren has been absent from the centre. This is because unfortunately she had a fall and broke her leg and is still on the mend. We are keeping in touch with Lauren and hope that she can return to us very soon.
Upcoming staff absences:
Miss Kelly will be on holidays from 1st – 5th April
Miss April will be on holidays from 5th-9th April
Miss Bithi will be on holidays from 12th-16th April
Miss Gabby and Miss Sarah will be starting their practical placements for thire Bachelor Degrees from 19th April for a few weeks and we wish them the best of luck with this- Although we already know they are going to do just fine!

Friendly Reminders
Confidentiality: Please be reminded that confidentiality in the centre is of utmost importance. Our staff cannot divulge details of another child to parents. We do understand that sometimes if your child has been hurt by another it can be distressing however we are not at liberty to tell you who that child is. Please do not ask staff to divulge this information as they will not. Please understand that the parent of the other child is more than likely just as upset as you are about the incident.
We would just like to remind all parents to please see your child’s teacher if you have any questions about the curriculum, routine or other aspects of their program. All of our educators are very approachable and will be happy to make a time to discuss things with you.
